Right im with you now sorry mate. Ummm 2 be honest i wouldnt really know theres two things i would try, swap 2 and 3 if you can or leave it but looks a bit tight but should be ok as long as it not caught

well no 4 is plugged in to what should be number 1 on that coil pack so are the leads back to front on the labeling. So which one is the longist no 4 or 1?

so if it says No 3 the correct hole would be the second from the Cambelt. as that is no 3

well from memery standard leads, are longest is No1 (flywheel end) and short one is No4 (cambelt end)

All leads are the same on 172/182 mate.

There is a wire runing to the brake pad sensor, sometimes on both sides on the front only the wires break and earth out to metal i.e. the strut or car body and makes the light come on as this is what it does when the pad gets low it earths out to complete the circuit. Handbrake switch is at...

It has a sensors for pads for there not broken and shorting out on suspension strut causing the light to come on it has a brake fluid indicator as well.
