a dci65 will remap to 90hp as standard, fit an 80 intercooler and you can push about 95hp, by this point injectors are your next limit

works best for turbo cars both petrol and diesel. its worth doing a 172 however i got a decent gain from mine, more in drivability rather than power. my DCi flew when it was remapped!

retro fit a set of cornering lights from what ever model fits your year and fit a set of HIDs i beleive if your car is a mk3 ph1 you can use ph1 dyn/dyn S initale/197 units if its a mk3 ph2 you use ph3 dyn/dyn S/GT/200 units someone can confirm that im sure though

i didnt change it, its standard, but no you wont tell a difference in sound its just a bit of pipe, the sound is to do with the exhaust system silencers, pipework diameter and type of metal used. no tailpipe is going to make a difference in sound!

conversions are only worth it if you can do it yourself, i recon if you have to ask if a 1.6 16v engine will fit in the bay when renault make a 2.0 16v clio then its not worth it! 1.6 16v is pretty much the same hastle as a 2.0 16v, its not worth the hastle for an engine thats a bit quicker...

it appears they take a normal dci106 clio backbox, chop off the tailpipes and bolt some fancy ones on!

stick an induction kit on it or decat the standard system. i used to think i was cool with my big exhaust on my 1.2 then i realised it just showed off how slow my car revved!!

jesus christ what is it with this place these days. surely you dont need to be an engineering guru to work out that simply adding a bit of extra pipe to an exhaust isnt going to make it any louder? or is it just me?

me and aldo from here were chatting to a guy when i had my ph2 172, he drove and old astra gsi and told me i should get a miltek exhaust as his mate has one on his 182 and it does 170mph!! we just went along with it! lol

i get attention in the 172 because it is chav. lowered with a big exhaust! dont let you kid yourself on otherwise! these are chav cars now that they are old!!
