yep exactly, i had one on my 172 but the vibration was too much (didnt seem to notice it on the 1.2 16v as much for some reason!? maby it was due to coilovers and being stripped etc it was more hardcore so wasnt as obvious?

my 1.2 16v box the bolt rounded the hole enough so that only half the bolt was holding the mount on, it then snapped the bolt!

you dont want to change the cambelt its to much money?! haha thats quote of the year on here!! you do realise what happens when the cambelt snaps, like they do when their not changed, dont you?

60mm is fine my old clio was 60mm for ages on standard wheels and never had 1 single problem.

the standard plugs are NGK are they not? could be a coil pack, lambda sensor, throttle body possibly

i used to use fully synthetic millers in my 1.2 16v ever 4k! bit overkill but it never done it any harm obviously! 172 i do every 8k as i cant afford to do it any less lol

powertec apparently sound the best due to the metal mesh design, not so good for power due to it heating up and not sure how good it is at filtering?!
