but the viper is just a generic filter is it not? (all vipers are the same just different brackets etc for what ever car/engine you want?) that was a question btw not a point so not sure if its true or not.
once again the main problem i can see with that is the inlet problem again, the inlet...
i love going for drives like that you dont realise how well the clios handle with uprated suspension untill you drive another car then take yours for a run.
that noise when you hit a wee hill in the road and the revs quicky shoot up because 1 of the front wheels are off the ground!
lol thats what was on it before, heap of shite badly finished and the engine losses low down torque, in theory the relocated kit is a good idea but the inlet trace is too long so it loses torque.
drilled loads of holes in it, i dont think so...
standard airbox size has been kept as it best suits the engine, the hole that all the air is sucked through has been bored out to allow more air to be sucked in and faster, all the restrictive ribs have been cut out and smothed down to aid the...
me and a mate made my custom HKS pannel filter today the most free flowing filter ive ever seen!
£21 from your local HKS dealer (red, blue, yellow, black or green)
cut to the correct size
Mesh behind it

me and my mate have modified my airbox to let a lot more air get in ive got an HKS pannel filter here ready to get modded to fit in but we took it a little run without the filter this was on a private runway i had to slow down for a bit though because of a 2.5 bmw in front of me got past that...
hi needing to do my brakes in the next few weeks and looking at getting somthing a bit bigger, was wondering whats needed to put 172/182 front brakes on a 1.2 16v?
is it even worth the hastle? cheers
hi, ive got a mate who does a lot of work on older engines and engines that dont run with ECU's etc and he was telling me i should get injectors from a 1.4 16v for my 1.2 16v but what i was wondering is will this give a performance gain without touching the ecu (a remap)
we've already built an...
mine is crunching from first to 2nd mate said its the syncro mesh or syncro rings or somthing? because mine is ex driving school and 1st and 2nd are the most common used gears, how many miles has your gearbox done and has it had much abuse?
coming onto the roundabout at ogilvie was a williams, guy had a quick look at my car probably because of the noise it was making flooring it off the roundabout lol
do stealth exhausts still give the same free flowing performance gains that a normal cat back does? just i fancy a quiet stealth that gives a nice noise when i floor it but would rather not have the tail pipes trying to keep the car standard looking
cheers
