So, i did quite like the track rat look, but with my dad getting his Aston getting some cosmetic attention at a bodyshop, they offered to respray the Elise at a silly price...
Today i was at Brands for a test (only second time i've been in the car!) as i'll be in the Lotus Trophy race this...
Flat bottomed wheels are for fags.
Suede ones are awesome. When they look tatty, you can bring them back with a proper clean and then just shave the bobbles off. For me, a nice steering wheel is a big part of the driving experience, after all, it's the one thing you're holding the whole time!
I like it, but how far should you go with a daily? No point having two project cars...
I reckon the facelift lights would be nice, but it's going against the point of the car.
Some lighter pictures so we can see some contrast would be nice...
Wheel are just copies of the LP560's aren't they?
Currently i think it looks better standard, but once the new wheels are on and it's lowered i'm sure it will look tons better. Good move on the despoiler.
Tuck and stance!
Love the guys with small dicks who call it 'gay.' It's just a car...
There is also no point trying to rationalise the price of an irrational car! Its just a toy for players.
Looks awesome.
I saw a fantastic big Healey at the weekend. Arches were massive with huge wheels. Incredible V8 burble as it went by at crawling speed... I imagine it was a Sebring remake.

A V8 Sprite would be fun too...
You don't have to drive a hot hatch like a cnut all the time. Motorways are boring anyway, so often i'll have a little MPG competition!
Used to get 40mpg easily in the 172, just on the commute. If i really tried on a motorway journey it would be nearer 48mpg slip streaming HGVs!
Was going to say don't do the tints...but you've already done them! I just think it makes cars look like vans when they have a heavy rear tint.
I like it in white, but needs the older rear lights like you've said. Unless you can get parts dirt cheap, i wouldn't be spending (wasting) thousands...
Probably just knackered. Very hard to warp discs, even on track. Usually down to brake deposits stuck to the disc causing vibration. Not in your case though, you're probably metal on metal ;)
Wow!
No way they were doing 160mph, doubt they even do that flat out.
Pretty cheeky move that, no room for the guy sohe took to the grass yet still tried to make a move...tagging the guy that could of resulted in deaths. Should be penalised for that.
Pretty sure Wranglers were voted the most gay cars you can buy when they were out...
