You need to get the car up high (trolley jack at max) and get a big metal bar through the wishbone and under the subframe and then lean on it with all your weight. Don't bother undoing the tre/ ball joint.

Your buying this car because you want the engine. The engine that's got no oil in it and you e no idea how long it's been run for with no oil. And you've no idea how many times he's tried to start it and cranked it over. With no oil in it. Just read that back to yourself.
