i'd always recommend john at 2modified.com but you can get fk's from loads of places now if you wanna shop round. ring john though, as he'll give you a better price than whats on the website

if you want it slammed then put it on fk's as h&r's really dont go that low and are more about the handling. on a 1.2 fk's will do niecly and save you 300quid towards your other mods

not really much in it to be honest, u'd prob cross the finish line at the same time, but the 1.4s power would be lower down and the 1.2s higher up. Both 0-60 in about 12 secs

Not really such a thing as a 'performance backbox' if you want one that makes a bit of noise, any will do. If you wana proper performance system go to someone like yozzasport for a proper job. For something in between, makes like blue flame and magnex or a custom job like powerflow or prospeed.
