having had a carbon bonnet without washer jets or a bonnet stay i'd never ever buy another one without them as its such a pain the arse its unreal. however it does look soo good when the sun hits the carbon that it makes you forget about the grief. definetely a good buy if its all up to...

Just bought a steering wheel off ebay, its come with just the wheel itself and the integrated horn. With the obvious exception of buying a boss for the car, is there anything else I need to buy?

i was gonna suggest some smoked repeaters as ive got a set in the garage ;) think if your going for carbon it really has to be on a black car, or something totally bonkers. but especially love the way the mk2 ph1 carbons are debadged as it really tidies the front end up :)

Mine was 150 quid from powerflow but that was discounted as i had it with a stealth system. They're normally 180 iirc but does the job nicely :)

you can expect to pay anywhere between 150 quid to 400 quid depending on condition and tyres, mine had reasonable tyres in good to excellent condition

i've just sold mine for 200 quid with tyres, decals and a few other bits and pieces

Its been fun, but all good times have to end. Just a rough timeline, done loads of other bits and bobs which I havent mentioned, and prob missed loads out but n/m lol. This is how she started :- Then she got side skirts, V6 Spoiler and lowered on konis and got some new lights...

new from renault i was quoted 250. otherwise gibson&boyne quoted 158 to retrim it in black nappa leather and send it back. which is why i've gone for a momo one :)

normally some going on ebay, but dont think they're much at all from renault. only think its around the 10quid mark
