Hmm, I had an interesting day shall we say some very good driving on the way in and out of York but my car was very dissapointing on the strip with me doing a 14.91 and apparantly a 14.8? at the end, but I didnt pick up the slip as I was otherwise engaged! I was just glad to get home in my car...

Engine is fooked I believe, had it happen to my old Escort, on the bright side you can pick up a valver engine for around 300-400 quid from Infinicar I think.

The willy was in the lead for a fair while but the mk2 v6 has worn it down, not a bad result if you put all the cars in context.

Mk2 172 wheels look better imo but if you are getting them cheap you cant complain really.

Cup, never had any gadgets in any of my cars so I wouldnt miss them. Plus they are a bit quicker and a bit more special IMO.

Take your time when looking to buy a Williams mate, they are a great car but there are plenty of mint cars out there which are far from it. Amongst other things keep an eye out for knackered rear calipers (handbrake will be sh*t), rust (mostly around the rear arches, tailgate and under front...

Hmm I didnt realise a standard williams would be high 15s, the heat probaly didnt help or the fact there wasnt chance to do more runs..I did a couple of 14.9s on my first ever runs:) that was totally stripped with exhaust, viper and hp chip. Looking to get below 14.5 now.....

Hmm 16s is a bit strong, I though maybe 15.4 would be average time for a boggo williams.
