standard Cup are excellent.. i fitted H&R two months ago, and after some sporty driving i was quite surprised to see that the standard set-up is actually already really good !!
The H&R set is a bit more responsive though, more "feel" in the steeringwheel.
see if you can get Cup shocks !

yes when i changed to H&R's a couple of months ago i then noticed that the standard setup is really good too... (i could finally compare)

Looks the same as mine. I mounted them how they came out of the box, i think it's the recommended rideheight from H&R.

just get a remap ; exhaust ; panelfilter (ITG is good) in the original filterhousing and maybe modify your airintakes for bigger ones (cheap) .
This will make your car feel a lot different, did for me anyway, will improve performance satisfactory

loosing my backseats also made immediate difference to my car.. And that was only 20-something kg.
It might not be a world of time on a lap, but it's the kick in the back that's a lot more noticable ! Ca'nt wait to change the frontseats for...

this would make the yearly MOT change of decat /to cat much easier ! If this is the case i want to do this as well
