Get a 106 Rallye or something similar to that. I paid 3k to insure my 1.216v when i was 17! I've never not paid under a grand and it's starting to annoy me...
Can we just clarify the 172 and 182 are meant to be run on 98RON just to get the quoted power output.
I currently have normal Esso fuel in my 172 and the idle is rough and it sounds terrible!
I was planning to go to Rentech to get my wheelbearings done but i'm scared that it simply won't make it as they are really loud now!
Do i need any special tools to fit new ones? The rear ones are the ones that need doing.
Cheers!
It may not look stupid but it you can see why they think it's a chav motor. Bad boy bonnet, angel eyes and wheels that are too big...i wouldn't drive it.
Sorry to hijack but is Baby D, Donna (clearly i'm no sherlock here!)?
I take it you are not with James anymore Donna? Have you spoken to him recently..? PM me the reply if you like.
Oh and yellowA please tell me you're a SE member!

Congratulations on your feature Pete and welcome to CS. Was that the issue with the 888 Motorsport white diesel Astra VXR alternative thingy? I flicked through it in a newsagents :)
I'm sure some V6 owners will be along to help, don't forget there is always space on the missus' lap! ;)
Well think about it, even if you pay £10k to get insured and there is a 50% chance of you crashing it they'd rather not take the risk of spending £160k.
The problem with cars like the V6 where things are bespoke is the repair costs, bumpers and shiznit cost thousands.
I know Tom Hartley Jnr...
Did you put it's market at value at 50p?
The V6 is a group 20 car isn't it? You just can't get insured on a group 20 car below 21, i've tried. Even Wayne Rooney couldn't!
Something i have noticed whilst browsing threads in the Other Marques forum is that a lot of people don't appreciate anything other than performance. In my humble opinion, quality, comfort and safety is something Renault needed to improve with the New Clio and i'm glad they have. Sure, the car...
