The middle exhaust hanger won't be enough to support the centre silencer and cat, I'd be more concerned about what little you have left, falling off completely. Just buy a new exhaust.

Try using your jack to lift the suspension assembly to stop it spinning, if not then either use fire or cutting tools.
You can normally hear wheel bearings "humming" when they start to wear, the pitch changes with the wheel speed as well.
The rear bearings are pressed into the rear brake discs, which also carry the ABS rings. It can all be purchased as a single item from Renault though.
