where the hell do you live, optimax at 89.9 with 95 ron supermarket at 73p! Everywhere I have seen there is only a 5p difference with optimax which equates to about £2 a tank difference, not that really! I havent seen 73p for a LONG time, the cheapest I have seen is 79.9 and I pay 85p for optimax.
i was originally registered but it wouldnt let me in the new one with my old details even though it said I should so I reregistered but it was a real hassle and the site doesnt work as well as it did before. Whenever you make a post now it takes you back to the main forum page, whats the point...
AFAIK, this was BP not shell, BP were the ones stating specific better performance figures for cars running on ultimate, I think Shell just make vague claims about cleaning engine and the fact that it is endorsed by Ferrari etc.
I use optimax all the time because the way I see it is that I have bought a performance car so it needs to have the proper tools to make it run as such and 5p a litre doesnt mean that much in the grand scheme of things when I spend £350 odd at a trackday.
If I wanted to save on petrol I would...
you need to download the files into separate directories for each disk, each directory should have 1 x bin file and 1 x cue file, then you download CDrwin and point it to the cue file and it will write the cd from the bin file, this is the same as burning a vcd, heres a link which also explains...
are you lot sure you have the official mats and not the cheap alternative that Renault sell, I am sure there are some dealers out there that would replace the expensive standard mats for the cheap alternative and then sell the expensive ones on, mine have nothing wrong with them and they have...
LMAO at this thread, it is too funny. I was worried because I dont have this but mine is like Toms, one of the early 182s so I have the same as Toms pic, phew, glad thats sorted!
yes but the closest i have got to racing around a circuit is go-karting! I am sure you will be showing us a thing or two, i look forward to the correct racing lines you will be setting.....
you cant be trying hard enough, all you have to do is find a sharp cormer that you know and floor it, instead of understeering the ESP will take you around, I can do it whenever I want relatively easily, but maybe I am driving it like an idiot?
the light still comes on before the rev limiter, it adjusts itself to change when the engine is not quite warm enough. it lets me know that I need to change early because the engine isnt warm enough, quite useful really
not sure if this is me or is real but i am sure that when i turn the esp off I find that there isnt as big a kick at 5k revs, it seems to be a much smoother delivery of power through to 7k revs? Anyone else noticed that or is it really just me!
I think I will feel more confident turning it...
be carerful with cars that are too cheap to be true as there is ALWAYS a catch be it an import or a pre-registered car, you are unlikely to find an official Uk car with Cup packs and not pre-registered for under 13k (excluding F+F)
i thought it was quiet at first but after 6k miles, mine sounds pretty good now, it definitely gets much better with age, mine has a really deep grunt now, i love it!
tom, as you havent replied to my pm, are those engine pics in used car buyer yours, without the engine cover and the renaultsport in yellow?
And were all your comments in there yours? (like the one about 182 cup owners being without cc this summer and the 182 being faster than the cup?)
