i had exactly this on my 182 from new, the dealer thought it was the exhaust knocking at first and replaced the heat shield, then it was doing it still so it went in again and my exhaust was bowing in the middle which they moved and they tightened and put some grease around the engine mount...

AFAIK Cyprus are now part of the EU so you shouldnt have any problems with the warranty these days, the only thing that would stop me are the cup options which i feel are essential not only for resale but for the full enjoyment of the car!

every garage does this to hit their targets, this is nothing new, all of the brokers cars are pre registered, as long as you dont mind being the second owner on the log book its not a problem, its how you save a large amount. i doubt it is illegal as most of the larger car franchises do it...
