Welcome mate, have you tried the search function? there are quite a few threads on mileage. As said if its looked after they last, my 172 is now on 126k, and is still producting 141bhp at the wheels, so get a good one and it will be fine

the past 30,000 miles in my ph1 i have averaged 35.6 mpg, drive around 50 mph and i can average around 43 pmg ish, avarage driving to and from work (which is 11 miles, a roads wit hone 30 mpg village to go through) has recently been doing 40 which is pretty good i think the key is not slowling...

it will be fine as long as he doesnt over pressurise the system, should be presserised up to what it would be at normal operating temp, that will show the leak

a few mm off the caliper will be fine, but that means your wheels are wrong offset, best get some proper ones chap

thats what i meant mate, i know the fluid leaking is dangerous, but by how she put it im assuming the cylinders are leaking, not there is a big leak
