Ditto mate, damn tractor engine......P is cheaper and all you really have to do is run more rpm. Apart from that, exactly the same thing can be done to either engine.
what compression height would willy rods and pistons give on the P crank?
or just the rods with P crank and pistons?
Ive not had any willy engines, bit to fancy to mess about with, and why bother paying the silly prices they ask for when its no better.

my MK1 172 was free, and was std, great car love it, about as good VFM you cna get.
My MK2 was free and so were the engine mods, also great VFM.
MK1 RT, 4yrs ago, 2.3k, too much spend on a sh*t car, slow handles horribly and was boring, had i 3yrs drove it for on, used my MK1 XR2 instead...

philip, no point sourcing S1600 parts, since its not for your engine....plus, like i said, your TB is larger anyway.
