can can get reprofiled ones, but the wilder the reprofile gets, the smaller the bottom radius becomes and its not nice for valve train assemblies.
You can run them on teh std pulleys and run std timing, but you wont get the best out of them then. Verniers jsut allow you to set the std timing...

had a problem with over boosting at 4000rpm with 450bhp and 450ft.lbs torque........
The number of times i ask for an oval plate number and they go silent.....then bugger off for 20 mins then come back empty handed.....to which i hand them a post-it note and a crayon to rub over the plate.......lol

Id rather take the exhaust manifold off as gettign the compensator bolts back in is the most annoying thing in the world!!!!

well, initially it sounded like a diesel, but oil wasnt getting to the tappets, cause the pump wasnt primed.
After a few niggles sorted, runs sweet as a nut but the seal cant hold up and were getting ALOT of air blowing into the cooling system.
Valve cover off, cam covers off, exhaust manifold unbolted, take of belt, unbolt head in sequence, take off, clean up faces, gasket on torque up in sequence, cambelt on after checking timing marks, bolt eveything else on and done.
Ok, brief, but its not that big a deal, just a major unbolt...
