um well in 116k mines needed (apart from routine stuff)
an alternator at around 65k
rear shocks at 90k
idle control valve
tie rods and track rod ends
exhaust from cat back
front shocks (not completely nessary but were original so after 115k i replaced)

fair play buddy i dont think people are talking about stright line speed as its not lightening quick the clio, we mean how fast it can carry speed through corners, i too have had plenty of experience with fast bikes, and it does not prepare you for driving a car fast

i would agree with that, also it wont make a huge difference to pressure try some thinner oil, i used 10w 40 in my old valver and noticed an increase in pressure
depending how much money you have to spend, coilovers are the ultimate but only if they are compimented with solid top mounts and being set up correctly
