bottom pulley will of been changed for keyed one.

it's flared out where it meets the block, good clean and bond it. bit of bar down it to stop the tube getting clogged up and hold it straight while it cures.

Crank needs locking regardless and 172/182 it's always floating. You need both pulleys cracked off as well. Offset can be either way as well.

Can't see pic properly on phone bit looks like they just need to take their time to get lambda down before they actually start the timer for test.

What's the air con code? Pressure switch can cause havoc on them.

Unless you are replacing the piston don't go anywhere near it with grips etc.

pulleys are floating. cam tool will fit in with offset either way but official way is with offset at bottom.
