The whole 'three lanes' ideas was bloody stupid. If they had just divided the cars into a left and right lane, 90% of the problem wouldn't have occurred in the first place.

Welcome to the unique world of black gold cleaning! Also known as The Fecking Nightmare / The Fecking Pain in the Arse / God, why did I pick THIS Colour...
The only time I've seen hologramming on mine was when I'd thrown the cleaning cloths in the wash with softener and allsorts earlier, and...
Lol - if you'd gone for it, he would have slapped a £5k sticker on it and probably sold it within the week.
Good effort for his attempt though - for all he knew, you may have been happy with that offer!

LOL! Me and Jain nearly had a barney in the car because she simply refused to let this bloke in a 205GTi pull in from the side. He wasn't going to let up either, but I said 'FFS - just let him in!'
I can let the 'principle of the thing' pass right over me for the sake a damaged fibre-glass...
Good thread, Maz.
We cut into the right-lane after being sat still, going absolutely fecking nowhere in the middle lane. People just coming into view on the left-hand side, kept rolling forward and managed to get in and we had moved forward about ten bloody feet! :(
Apologies to anyone we got...
Here's a pic, m8 - I hope James doesn't mind me posting it? :o
The camera does the deep bronze colour absolutely no justice whatsoever. You can see a subtle difference between that and the black gold V6 at the side, but there was a stark difference when the sun came out.
When it did, there...
Me likey! :D
Just had a brief drive in StevieGreenstuff's 172 and I must say, it's a significant change from my 182.
The whole package feels a lot more 'raw' and much more willing to tell you what its doing and what is happening to those wheels up front. The 182 does that also, but it feels a...
That silver GDI'd car was Taylor's? I think I walked straight past you without even realising it! Sorry - lol!
Loved the Bat Clio - it well deserved to be in with the Meg's lot.

Hehehe! Is that The Look you reserve for scallies in bus-stops when you're stuck in traffic?!
How was the mega-early start at work, this morning?

Hehehe - yup, a minging chicken tikka butty for me!
I should probably try their cafe out every once and while. The trouble is, I'd end up ordering the lard-arse, fat mofo All-Day Breakfast!

Fair play to you - not a lot of people admit when they've done wrong. I just hope the insurers go a little easy on you or else you'll be aspiring to a 1.0litre Micra in about 15 years time. ;)

My first time down there and I really enjoyed it. As others have said, the weather did a great job of holding off the rain for the most part and generally, things seemed well organised. Apart from getting in the place - which took us nearly an hour, fighting amongst other Frenchie-mobile owners...
Always leave it in gear. Always start it with the clutch in. Both very good habits to have.
It must be something that's stuck open - it can't really be anything else, I would have thought? Unfortunately, I bet most of the people who would know are on their way to FCS now....
Hope you get it...
That was the main idea, m8 - kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.
To be honest, what Rollo says is a bloody good point too. I hadn't thought of that. Actually looking after your car too well, can at times make potential buyers think that something is amiss.
Bugger. I'm even more...
Is it a worthwhile idea, or total overkill?
Mine will need it's 36k service in the next couple of months and as I plan to stick hold of it for another year - I'm thinking it's another plus-point to the potential buyer at circa 48k and 4 years of age?
Just a random thought bouncing around...
