i can answer the door card one mate,the trim that runs up the door has to come off too,and iirc there is a screw behind the handle,the door card comes off by pulling it up,as the inner window rubber will come off too,and mine felt like it was welded on lol,lots of pulling/tugging/swearing
hmm prob 3k ish mate,they have dropped in price,after i bought mine iv seen a few around the 2600ish mark,with 20k miles less than mine grrr

il find the link off the net for ya mate,some jap drifters use fwd,drifting is driving a car sideways and maintaining that,which u can do with fwd by use of the handbrake and throttle and a bucket load of skill lol

most of its fairly accurate but i think thats written by someonw who has never done any type of loose motorsport,where its maionly used
i have to disagree with a few of those there mate,flicking when on full lock is a no no,the more steering movement u put in the more speed u scrub off,u just need to use enough streering imput to unsettle the weight balance of the car,and never EVER depress the clutch,u will loose all throttle...
