hmmm interesting about the hight revs mate,iv had it before but if im honest its not been as noticable as yours,was it directly after the exhaust was fitted? i mean is there another problem that could be causing it?
i wouldnt compare it to your mates car,from experience mine goes well one...
im guessing your accerating from low revs in these gears? because thats where it is usually noticable

i should state my obove staement about n/a cars needing some back pressure applies to road cars in fairly stock trim,race cars can have more open exhausts because the engine's are built taking the...
basically the escaping exhaust gas needs something to push against as such,its hard to explain as im crap at explaining stuff lol,exhausts are very complicated things
nope,an engine needs a certain amount of bk pressure,in forced induction its generally better as the turbo offers resistance but in n/a cars a bit of bk pressure helps
lol fair play matey,i spoke to renault and they only sell it in bulk grr,iv got some box treatement to chuck in too,did wonders on my old valver and my hybrid so fingers crossed it will help in this box

right im changing my box oil this weekend and i can get some synth 75w 90 gear oil through work quite cheaply,made by quantum (i use quantum 5w 40 fully synth engine oil and my car loves it so i know its decent stuff) the thing id like to know is is this viscosity ok for my box? i know renualts...

i had the same,they wanted 600 quid to insure my clio (same as yr before) so i rang them up and asked to speak to customer services,i spoke to the chap and said that iv been with them 4 years,iv not claimed,iv got 7 yrs no claims,i can get it cheaper else ware etc...
word of advise,i wouldnt trust my car with my sales guys at work,so if you do do this,tell then if they want to drive it then ring you first and check the mileage,too many 'road tests' will happen.....
hmmm well my f1s are bedding in nice and im liking them,i was looking @ a pair of these yokos,mainly coz i can get them for 35 quid each,but my mate has them on his gti-6 and are great in the dry but scary in the wet,these f1s have more grip in the wet than my old tyres did in the dry lol

it wont take aweek to fix mate,the job will be done it about a day,they take a week because it takes a day or two to get the parts,and there will be other people booked in too,i have to expain this to people every day lol
hmmm,very tough but if the cars were all in the same condition it would be a very close call between the ph1 172 and the williams,id buy another willy now but im just too affraid of rust
