that sounds exactly like the belt is slipping slightly mate,and causing the screeching,as the engine has only just gonne in,the belt might need tighnening up so id check that fiest,because im 99% sure its just a sreeching belt
if you look at your engine,see where the throttle cable attaches,it runs around a black piece that fixes on the bk of the throttle body,when the revs are stuck,simply push that black piece from the bk,and the revs will drop,if someone can google a pic of the engine bay up il explain better i...

lol luckly i had it done @ work matey,its nice to know there isnt anything wrong with her,and after driving it my mastertech he would have thought it had 60k on it rather than 106k :)
well had it mot'd today at work and she passed with no advisories!!!
had the guys have a really good check over to see if there is anything that might be looking iffy,but my mastertech who mot'd said everything looks great so im happy :D
