cheers mate,well iv done it,got a teccy to help,iv done as you said and...... its 90% better! the engine moves less,and seems not to knock on gear changes but it still knocks if i launch hard in 1st is that normal? the rest of drivinf,from traffic to fast seems soooooo...

thats my thought at the moment mate,im thinking that as it does the creak when turning on the spot thing that it could be maybe worn suspension compnents causing some movement? im trying to see the link with engine movement though

right iv had the old knocking under acceleration on my ph-quick so i have replaced all the engine mounts,and although it is better,if i launch the car hard or change gear quick,even if im accerating over uneaven ground,it still knocks,also the engine feels like it is moving around alot even...

depends on the condition,but between 130-140 indicated speed,i had an old valver with 150k on it and she showed 135mph
