get a standard exhaust mount, stand a 21mm nut on it's side in the bottom section of the mount and then fill all the gaps with windscreen adhesive. leave it to go off and it will be fine then all you have to do is re hang the exhaust.

have ran on bosch and not had a problem but not with the super 4 as that is the wrong plug but for some reason some places list the super 4 for the sport?
tell me about it, i always wondered why one car was always hard to push and when you started it up it would lurch forwards sometimes, blew three casings. turns out the crown wheel was about 2mm higher than the pinion and was mashing the washer up on to 1st gear!!!
they can last a hell of a lot longer. changed the wife the other month on 168,000 miles. bearing fell to bits but there was still life left on the plate!!
