Nope, fibre glass arches and bumper.....seen the in the beginning pics.
but mind you, if done wrong, fibre glass canbe heavier than steel ones, BUT i doubt that Renault sport would get that wrong....LOL
if you search it up, theu posted a while ago about this.
I dont think that they actually went through with it due to high tooling costs and relative lack of interest meaning high prices...cant remember them though.
thats a good site, i downloaded alot before most went offline.
Best is the R500 and GT3 vids......nice.
Shame the creator passed away in an accidnt though....top site.
yes, thats correct..........
you are effectively (but crudely) affecting the scrub radius and it has alot to do with the actual FEEL of the steering, how light the steering is, the amount of fight.
a reduced scrub radius will feel more dead.
left foot braking is totally unneccesary on public rd and in road cars. The brake setup and teh amount of travel/pressure needed means its just not worth jerkin your car about with. and in what circumstances are you goin a corner so fast that you actually need to start faffing about with left...

EBC arent the greatest pads about.......but coverage has been good from the like of teh many boy racer mags so thats why most people know abot them...granted thier very hard blue and yellow compunds are good, but their street compunds are poo.
Mintex is a famous friction material manufacturer...
cool........
well, fitting a larget TB aint as simple as that. But essentially, yes, you could do that, but it wont give the gains of a full set of throttle bodies. So, its roughly 700 quid for the larger TB, then remap and RR time so well say about 1200 quid. OR the full weber alpha gold kit...
std, dont bother with EBC........its only the rears, and if i were replacing any pads with harder ones. The i would be inclined for the Mintex 1144, or DS2000 which after talks with the distrubutor has been superseeded by the DS2500s, but how true that is i dont know.
ALternatively, pagid pads...
Rob, if your referring to the S1600 or the silver and yellow clio.....ill asure you it will bet both teh 172 and V6.
Its not just a body kit, its far more, in fact you cant buy the body kit alone. The entire kit is fibreglass and light....so dont worry about weight.
And when you buy the kit...
LOL.....nothing seems any faster than any others! haha
Most amusing part was that everybody bar 1 drove with the boy racer stylee back off the seat, hugging the steering wheel stance.....LOL

funny thing is, in HK, we dont get half the probs the UK does!
we only really get the ood squeek, teh engine mounts are a common problem.....and for some reason, people in HK always snap their ECU cover...which is steel!
ill send you an email which goes overly into depth and youll be a real oil anorak....the type you deserve to be......then you can continue to be resident oil expert.......
LOL
still think its a fetish..;)
not a prob here in HK and we have constant 90% humidity!
we in HK downgrade out bodywork warrenty to 3yrs so that teh factory sponsors us for a 3 yr parts warrenty (which was before it became world wide). anyway, we dont get any paint probs......hmmm, wonder why it varies in the UK?
