well, the bedford is the autodrome right, they impose thier own noise limits.
There is NO actual legal noise limit as noise (in db) varies with temp, altitude, humidity etc etc....and you cant imply one noie regulation for all atmospheric conditions, its impossible and unfair. BUT, the police...
Well, i use the K tec system over here for the HK market, as they are the best you get for the 172, well obviously apart form the 900 quid orbisound system but thats another story.
K-tecs you wont be disappointed with....it is NICE. And David is a very nice and helpful guy.....his products are...
its only a 4cly engine, you sure its a TWIN turbo, i thought they only had one....and they aint great handlers...the MK1 MR2 with the 4ag-ze engine (supercharged) is a far better handler and IMHO far better looking...but im fairly partial to MK1 anything LOL.

well, they all suggest that!
Jetex, read their site, they said their cup system gave the racers a gain from 187bhp to 200!!! LOL....its gone now..wonder why, i complained after testing and said it gave 2bhp at peak...asked them to explain....no more replies....but its cheap...and not too bad......

fitting a back box will do nowt........nadda...nothing....and as ROb says, it can leas to a loss through poor design, even if its the SAME bore.
i have tested most of teh system s on the 172 and only real gains froma full system are a max of about 2-3BHP....something you will NEVER feel...
oops...under teh drivers seat..if ou tilt it forward and people get in sometimes they catch the wire on their feet. havea look and wiggle it to see if the light goes out.....its not THE abs wire, but more like a thick wire/cable and not sure exactly what its job it.....but replacing it usually...
i said they werent doin CARBON FIBRE engine covers. Last time we spoke and David come on here, there was not enough interest. Prices were high though, but what do you expect, it is carbon fibre after all.....but again, its an engine cover......?~?~?
on the 172 (not sure about the smaller engined varients) the ABS lights comes on sometimes if the wire inder the seat has a bad connection or no connection at all. Most times we replace the wire and all is fine. worth a check.

no.....
engine will probably sit higher, grafting in the ENTIRE loom will be a job from hell, mounts will need to be fabricated or modded, gearbox mightbe longer, driveshafts might not fit hubs......
theoretically, anything can be done.....BUT.....the cost will be high and alot of research...
mineral oil due have better running in propeties, but you should only need it for the 1st 1000 miles....max.
and ther wont be a problem using 15w50....its operating vicosity is fine.....but it doesnt stand up to harsh winters so well, but Ren wont supply motorsport oil...itll be the 0w as brun...
dunno, the dieppe factory is TINY!!!
and when we get a shipment of 60 units, i dint know how they can make 60 for us and god knows how may hundreds for the rest of the world......i havea feelig that they are just normally assembled ina factory.
But i will ask my S.E Asia area manager...
i bought my pads from rally design....the mintex ones and have used them on several track days. On a MK1 XR2 witha 150bhp X-flow, std diameter discs but softer, 1144 pads, custom suspension blah blah blah.....no fade.......at all....which i found bloody good for the price!
Im not sure if they...
well, you know which i would go for...LOL
anyway, most people ahve gone the easy 2ltr route......
which is great, BUT its not very individual and soon every 16V is gonna have one, why make a 2nd rate willy when you can have a 1st class valver, which it was intended to be.
But as always...
Steve: LOL....yeah....or my 20yr old XR2 4spd box which is habging on for dear life!.......haha.....soon to be replaced with quaife internals and a S1 RST LSD.
petes: left foot brakin on the road IS completely unneccesary and learning it on the rd, especially the way Robs inclining you too...

Nope, fibre glass arches and bumper.....seen the in the beginning pics.
but mind you, if done wrong, fibre glass canbe heavier than steel ones, BUT i doubt that Renault sport would get that wrong....LOL
