watch out when you get them done there is a lot you need to mask off as you don't want a few areas powder coated. when you get a price on them give me a shout and let me know how much for what bits;) there is a lot you can have done

something you should never use...http://www.screwfix.com/p/screw-extractor-5-piece-set/18643 when they snap in the bolt you're trying to remove they are a pain to get out.

BLIMEY!!!! saves torquing the bolt up i suppose;)

had a few crank pulleys that have had a bit of rust sticking them in place, screw a bolt into each of the threaded holes and lever with a bar and it should pop loose nice and easy.

from what you've said about it my money is still on wiring problem, i normally avoid electrical stuff but have had a baptism by fire over the last 12 months and although i'm far from an expert i've yet to have something i couldn't sort out, although badly copied wiring diagrams don't help much.
