Just been to a building site to value a new build flat, as Iw as driving off the almost finished driveway i had to drive over a piece of wood. Said piece of wood proceded to snap, flick up, catch on my exhaust and then rip the b*****d thing off :( Am pissed off coz I'm looking at part...
The forum rules are in place because new members with modifeid cars where just getting flamed! As far as I am aware you can be nagative, and say why, but you cant turn around and say what the f**k you deserve to burnt on a stake for what you've done to that car. Which is the kind of repsonse...
So hang on, because I have a custom cat back exhaust, ph2 rear lights and 172 spoiler - the mods which you are judging my car by - I have a chavmobile?? Take a trip to your local McD's on a saturday night and take a look at the s**t boxes there. They are chavmobiles, my car has been subtley...
Chavmobiles?? The majority of people on here dont have 'chavmobiles'! Also no one has slagged it off for the engineering side of it, thats if you believe it. But the styling is w**k.
Did anyone find out about this?? I'm hoping they will insure me with my exhaust but i'm only 21. Its starting to get really annoying, doing online quotes finding really cheap prices and they wont insure my mods. Directline and churchill have been cheapest by about 200quid!
Girls would you just agree that both cars are good, but that you each prefer different ones for different reasons instead of all this keyboard warrior bull s**t
21, 3 yrs ncb 1 crash, best quote i had was £1000. Tho saying that have just tried churchill for my car and they have been very cheap, so may try them for a 172
will have to call them, really want to go with them because of how cheap they are. Maybe if i can assure them that the exhaust has made no performance increase they'll be ok about it.
If you are determined to do it, either go for a F4R (172 engine) or for a audi 1.8 20vT. Wouldnt go fiat route. F4R will be an easy swap, and audi will be simple as its been done before.
Anyone on here with churchill? What are they like for mods? Obviously its too late for me to call them, just wondered as there website has quoted me 300quid less than my renewal quote! Other companies have come close but nothing as cheap as this.
