it's a reasonably long bolt, it may have been left out though, you've got to take it out to get the manifold on and off, it's a bit fiddly to get back in so you never know if someone has been lazy;)
on the plus side if you manage to get one off a trader that's taken it in on part ex you can end up with a bargain. i got my 182, paid for the train to cardiff, petrol back home, sorted misfire, interior (seat airbag blown) a wheel and tyre, airbag ecu and tha car only owes me just over a grand;)
disconnect battery, 4 nuts under the floor, outer ones next to the sill have got rubber bungs hiding them. unplug airbag connections under the seat and lift it out.
pressed metal gasket behind the housing, this will be no use though if you don't have all the bolts in as one of the bolt holes goes through into an oil return (?) in the head and will piss oil out if the bolt isn't in.
far to busy at the moment though and not enough money:( was meant to be out doing 200 miles round wales today on the bike but was bloody skint:banghead:
clear your codes.
what happens on the dash when you crank?
try a plug in a lead and make sure you have a spark
check you are getting fuel
are you 100% you set cam timing up ok?
top right has a bracket on it, middle front has a short bolt in, it's a bung for bleeding the cooling system.
don't know if you want to get someone to merge all your threads, getting a bit messy;)
