Well, pulse tunning of inlet tracts is a bit more complex than simply making the air move faster, its harnessing the energy IN in the sound waves created (pulses) and using it to help move/force more mixture into the cylinder.

My box has been abused.....severly......its used as a demo car sometimes when the other 2 are booked. anyway, normally no probs, but at full throttle with slam changes, it goes grind/crunch alot, but i am just ever so briefly flickin the clutch......seems fine when normally used though.

um, this all sounds high time conuming and expensive. why not buy an existing unit and be done with all the phalaffel.? or is this for the challendge or cost? and do you REALLY need all this? have you got N20 yet si? how much are you planning to run?......i must say, i have gotten bored...

i doubt any solution to your probs will come in a bottle...they rarely do. just check them for wear and try find WHY they are making that noise.

hmmm.....contisportsa re OE fitment on many of our porshes.......no probs there. im not a big fan of the toyo proxis or whatever there called...expensive and average. if you want good toyos try the tampio.....sham its not available in the UK, but you can get the suppliers to bring them...
