kis......none of the 172 have torque steer, well not enough to notice....... not even the cliocup racers have torquesteer.

there were a couple o last time i was driving....LOL o sh*t was more like it......some guy in a 50s style open racer decided to slow (alot) after avon rise......then cut across to the apex.....AIYEEE....twas close. you goin again, be cool to meet.

max deceleration will eventually be down to the adheision limits of the tyre...... if you fit discs as big as the wheel and 20 pot calipers....itll still lock at the same point.

true.....i had to get spax to custom make some for my XR2 and get custom springs made....... BUT......you can lower the car and fit sports dampers (which are only ever the same strut tube but shorter and a 30% increase in compression and adjustable rebound damping rates.....NEVER EVER actually...

it would be a manufacturing fault.....all it can be....the failure of a part. why did it take you 2 days to go to the garage!! and if your gasket failed, you would of lost oil and water (the thick smoke) and the engine should be severly damaged with excess heat and no lubrication.....hence...

Capt. says that they are 850 quid for a 6 speed box!!! should be like close to 1.5+K!!! anyway, they wont go on the std block, so you need the velsatis block (same bar the mounting points) and the block is 300 quid and will fit all 172 internals. turbo flywheel & HUGE clutch assembly is...

Chavy! the 1.4 16V is probably the best steal! the ones we sell are ace, great hanlding (really surprising in fact) the abs is there but non intrusive and we tested it in the wet and it was so so so safe! Ben

um.... capt. had some 6 spee dboxes for the F4 engine off the megane or vel satis....but hes not sure if the driveshafts are ok......but email him and ask. i think he wanted 850 each

basically, you only need to wait till the engine has got stable iol pressure, or a few seconds after startup, then drive off and drive normally for a min as the oil will be up to useable temp by then. the longer you spend idling, the slower the warmup time and then particulates such as sludge...

LOL..... all true.... but its the dealers respondability during the PDI to do all of that alignment and twiddy bits....the factory merely assembles.....specialisation of tasks.you can get it honed.....but should the lip be in sucha low position in teh first place, then you wouldnt need ot...
