juat go to any motorsport factors and get a racing silencer.....make sure its the same diameter and the welding is smooth though....wels to teh silencer box, its easier to keep it smooth.
So they make the worlds fastes hot hatch and blacme you for driving it fast!!! nutters......
when we had an engine blow on us, it was entirely a manufacturing fault, as it wil almost certainly be in your case. So, its their responsability to give you a car that works....warrenty.
they cant...
if it were dead centre, it could be physically possible.
but i dont see how it can be with teh manifold design as it is.
we have no way of actually seeing the airflow, so we can only guestimate.
unless you wanna flow coloured smoke.

well, as i said, the tiny injection of air, cannot counter flow in teh direction of teh main mass of air. So, if the air is flowing right, and the servo pipe is offset to the right, then basic physics sugests that the injected air cannot move against the mass of moving air.....

thats diff from mine.........
But hey..i didnt know that a white gloved hand was nessesary part for rebuilds!
the srvo pipe is slightly offset to the right (cylinders 1 & 2) and the maniold design doesnt look too great does it!
well, saying that, its a tiny bit better than mine.......i...
well, the position aint illegal.
BUT....the police can give you a producer sortof thingy which states you have to get it tested for noise.
so you pop along to the garage, which wont every have the equipment to test noise due to so many variables such as air temp, pressure, distance...

its an RT and boring as sh*t.
the 170bhp RWD AE86 will be much more fun!!!
i have got a vid of teh ringmini if you want. Its the full lap, and rather spesh.....pretty big though...got any large email space?

ah...except the ringmini!!
now that is a cool car!
BTW, how long does it take you to drive to the ring, supposing from the UK.
and i know the whole experience is graet, but how much would a weekend cost..i mean, if im at the track, i would do about 6 laps ni the day hopefully.....tyres...

i would have to go for the willy as
a)i have a 172 and although fast, to get any extra out of it is hard. No parts available for it. handling is a little too much on teh tame/safe/predictable side/
b)the Gtt is a wicked car and looks ace as std, well. maybe with 13" superlights rather than...

yup///for uni, but on a PT basis, i split my final year into 2 so i can concentrate on racing and my business.
oh, you V6.....we saldly had to sell you demo.....no more, till the new one comes out!!! and thats a lot better looking!
well, the only true way to power is doing head work.....the more air you can flow, the more fuel you can add....
so, i would go for the twister as a starter, exhaust is importnat, but only when the std one becomes a restriciton. and i doubt the top exhaust gave 8bhp!!!! haha! no way.
but...
nick is running 100bhp jets....takes a bit of setting up not to destroy an engine!
im running 35bhp jets, which took about 4 hrs to get spot on......and with optimax and valvemaster plus, i could actually advance the ignition!
so, depends on how far you want to go!
well..its easiest to divide by 0.7 and 0.72 for RWD cars.
not the 15% loss your actually thinking of.
and as for polishing the ports, dont, itll loose you power.
um.........minging....whats wrong with std?
thats is way OTT and i would be emarresed to drive round in that. andits fromt he continent...LHD and funny plates
hmmmmmmm......i have had many a debate with regular drivers and many race drivers about handling......and i have come up with 2 different set of requirements.
Road and Track.
On my road car, i need it to be predictable as i dont wanna have snapon oversteer and i dont really want compulsive...
