does seem good, basically quote for you and your car, and from what I have read, you can agree the upper limit with them, obviously the higher you puch it, the more it costs.
my mates just done the inside of his vx220 and it looks lovely! He did to layers of primer, 2 hours between each layer then leftr for 24hours. Then 3 coats of paint, again 2 hours between coats and then left for 24 hours, then lacquer, 2 coats 2 hours between coats left for 24 hours and its...
just done a quick search on them, they seem to have good reputation, and thr horsepower banding is true, any mods you want without declairing them, as long as flywheel power doesnt exceed pre agreed amount. Is a lot like what CIS used to offer, will definately be giving them a call next year, as...
you can get them cheaper but not much. I've gone for the eibach pro's persoanlly, as i didnt want to lower the car much. still not got round to getting them fitted though, lol. try 2modified.co.uk they are pretty good on price and service
its worth keeping an eye out for the RXE 1.6 8v. You can get them for about £3k and theres not much between that and the 16v RSI. Its quicker than VTR's and other similar cars, and i actually took an ST150 off the lights the other day, mainly coz he fudged his launch and wheel span to high...
i've only ever been refused a test drive once, and that was in the new corrolla supercharged thingy, they said i needed to be 25 to be covered by their insurance for the test drive but if i could get it temp covered by my own insurance then that would be ok.
yeah i've now got 2 years no claims, and my insuance has dropped from £1600 for a 1.3 fiesta to £775 for my 1.6 clio. its all good once you get some no claims
yeah the clear one is £201, i dont think its worth the extra really, will probably just get the blue one, then when i finally get my engine cover painted, and some nice blue hosing it'll all match
i have a 1.6 8v, so doubt the difference would be noticeable. anyway they arent just a green induction kit, they have a special twist on the end ;)
my tax is due at the end of month to, but thats a tax rebate for 04/05. It also just happend to be about £150, lol. my 05/06 should be one...
I'm looking at this as its a sealed kit, and something different from the normal viper, maxogen etc. Also they do one that fits my car off the shelf, and none of the others do! oh and its only £150 from 2modified
Hiya martin, jus thought I'd tell you about what happened to me when I was insured on under my dads name. I crashed into another car. Total repair bill for both cars was £2500. The insurance company asked 2 of my neighbours if my dad ever drove my car (I eventually saw one of the letters and...
to be fair i have only ever found one site as good as this, and that was seatenthusiats.co.uk the others i've found have been a waste of time unless you had a fast car, eg fiestaturbo.com if you didnt have an rs you were ignored.
sorry mate, your best bet would be finding a hyundai forum, theres bound to be one out there. You might find that engine is particularly responsive to a certain mod etc.
Nice and helpfull AJR
Anyway the 99 ron fuel will do nothing for you unless the car is mapped to make use of it. As for full cat back and incution kit, you will probably see 1 or 2bhp without a map, with a map (such as an smt6) you could see the 4-5bhp, maybe more with the 99roin fuel, but...
think your right about him being called nick. you can get a cheaper bend (approx £20) without the breather inlet, all you need then is a breather filter, cant remember where from
