taper down into the ports? why would you want them to do this? and 42 mm aint too bad, the s1600s rum 220bhp with a 60mm restrictor. not sure about parts compatablity and cant check it here as we only sell the 1.4 16V and 172. why dont you pop down your local and compare in the workshop...

we can all see the little dip @ 5000 or so rpm. I dont nkow if you put it there on purpose, but my power graph looks very similar!!! VVT? BTW, why is it called VVT? shouldnt it be mroe aling the lines of VCT (cam) since valve opning/closing is just a function of the cam timing?

if your gonna mod the 1.2 your gonna have to design and make allyou own bespoke stuff. Aswell as porting the head you should do this if you want pure power and an engine that revs to 10,000rpm. 1st: is it a very underswaure motor? what the stroke and bore? 2nd: is it a steel flywheel and...

my mate works at palmers which is not the karting thing. Palmers motorsport experience is where he works.......expenive, but we could end up having a go in the cliocup racers!!! if you dont want track days and arrive and drive things then i dont know what can be done. Club100 do arrive...

yes... a bit. i emailed them the list again and they came back saying thre was no suspension kits for the 172 (eh?) no info on the exhausts!!!! brakes, strut braces, air filters!!!! they just said they passsed on my info to the wheel s& tyre dept and are sending me a catalogue!!! bloody...

if you want to break 100bhp/ltr then everythingis goin to have to be cusom made and tested first. Just guesssing aint goin to be any good. I say put aside 3 grand.
