If you are doing a conversion and not fitting a UCH you will need the ECU decoding AND fitting with an immo emulator. We can do this but need to check the latest price on the emulator.

VNT15 would certainly be sufficient :)

You can make plenty of torque and power on the DCI, the stock injectors will supply enough fuel to out do the turbo, with a hybrid unit i think 150 maybe possible from the 80 at a push.

The block is different and will not fit in the clio without a lot of work i'm afraid. Best option is forged pistons and some decent rods.

Never had any problems caused by the maps on the DCI's My MRS drives a 2005 65 that has been pushing 95 from nearly the day she got it, no issues there. The normal issues with these are the EGR, someimes the pump goes and takes the injectors with it due to the bits of metal. Strong engine...

Either get the 65 mapped to suit or get the other ecu unlocked to be re-used with another UCH.

I think they had all been played with and were running MEGA rich. IMO 10hp more would be easy on these!

70 miles!!!!!!!!!! That gives a good chance to kill everything using the same oil, aka turbo. If it's not spun at least 4 bearings i will be shocked!

Sounds like bottom end AND top end, but with a bottom end like that oil pressure will be right down and cause lack of oil up top. I'd start with another engine!
