they were close to the limit on track days but they were legal, i had them checked by the lads at beford on several occasions on several different cars, always passed (just ;))

the pure motorsport one works, you can feel the difference - and i don't have any benefit in recommending their products

phs1 engine - F4R730/732 (i think, i've forgotten the code!) = big exhaust ports, some say its the best for poer
phs2 engine - F4R736 = ph2 172, same engine, just a few minor changes (nothing important)
182 engine is F4R738 and would be a bit of an arse to fit
