i still bet its something so stupid you've just missed it
i had one where the lambda wire melted against the exhaust - same problem, took me a while to figure that one out!
put your finger on the inner balljoint on the tie rod (inside the steering rack gaitor) and give the hub a wiggle, if you feel any movement - it be fucked
you never get as much movement as there is in your video, stop moving it so hard too, your making it look 10x worse therefore impossible for us to say! LOL
the tool i made myself one
172 cup + 182 cup = dealer only for the inner tie/track rod = £52.72 each (non cup you can get from anywhere...
you would think so, but the spacers have a habbit of sticking to the bearing when the old ones come off, people don't notice and they get thrown away
spacers sit on the stub axle (tapered side faces car) then the disc/bearing goes on
HUBNUT TORQUE IS 175NM!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT
DO NOT FORGET TO REFIT THE SPACERS!!!!
this was the problem on Jesus' car, and we see it ALL the time, just checked and we've done 23 spacers alone in december!
No spacer = wheel bearing failure within weeks
they're only £50 or so new
its a bit of a weird one yours, had one do the same thing the other week and it turned out to be injector AND CTS, you can borrow another set of injectors and try them to see if that sorts it if you want? free
^not always, they can appear ok to drive, but be down on power, 10-15bhp isn't always easy to notice IMO unless you get to drive hundreds of them like i do!
