Rear brakes are very little effort, so either Renault with bearings on Brembo with bearings will be both perfectly fine.

Good, you want renault discs as they come with bearings pressed in. The alternative is the brembo's g172 on here sells with the bearings in too.

It does. It's very flexible, so will fit pretty much anything that it's long enough for. Fit it to a ph1 bumper from the middle outwards and trim the excess off the edges with a good pair of scissors.
