turn the engine over by hand and see if the marks line up as the belt rotates
the tensioner will make an intemittant "tap" noise if someting is a miss (with the engine running)
where does the allen key slot on the tensioner sit? Vertical? 2 o'clock? etc etc?
yeah that's for the acoustic valve on the phs2's, on the phs1's its for the FPR
don't worry about it, leave it blanked
later phs1's moved over to the phs2 fuel rail setup with the FPR in the tank
