eibach springs are supposed to be good but theres also some good coilover kits on the market! itg kits are good but ive heard good things about espace v6 airbox's with pipercross filters inside! (plus they alot cheaper then itg kits) De-cat would also make sense but bare tht in mind for when you...

i dont think there that bad to swap 172 cats over there fiddly but i did mine in under 45 minutes jus held spring an washer in place with me fingers an started the bolts with an extenable magnet! ;)

i've got an oreca group n system on my 172 looks mint an sounds wicked (raspy) according to the chaps at ktec there selling like hotcakes! Wicked fit an real good quality. If i get chance i'll take some pics

i used ets in derby were helpful. Struggled with the allignment gear on front (had to push wings in when they rolled it back an forward to prevent it catching) Charged me 23 quid with print out =D
