H&R - for road bias Bilstein - Track bias They both use H&R spring and Bilstein dampers..but the Billies have higher damping and spring rate i think. Does anyone know the difference in rates ?

Really Decat / r-sport and Maxogen wont be much different again.... K-pro and a few other bit then maybe.....

They shouldnt are you sure your chassis not bent.... Really they should not rub people with H&R's - 50/70mm dont rub..!

DS2500 are fast road not trackday...Fully recommend then for road use. Green stuff are suitable for going to the shops and back..!

For me in the cup worse thing is its quicker than the Williams and i can not cope with the greif that comes that fact alone....:D

Apex are not the best for the road but lower the most. If you want better handling then Sportlines loook then APEX.

Spot on..best value for money and you shouldnt need any more than this on the road. Yozza does this as a Kit and they are the cheapest.

H&R's sound the best with a bias to road rather than track wich seem to be Billies... Yozzasport have some deals on at the moment for both..
