it was hard work keeping up with James and Rich at the front, I was really struggling with my tyres, my brakes are excellent and near new though, they helped me on a couple of occasions from coming off (as I'm sure Steve knows)
Great run out this morning, don't think I have ever heard my tyres squeal so much!! Madness. It was a much quicker run than last weeks NW one, that's for sure!

I think if you are honestly wanting a Vee the Trophy doesn't even come into consideration, I know it doesnt for me anyway. I see the Vee as an upward movement from the 172, the Trophy a sideways movement.
I got that impression from him actually, young lad and I'm sure I spotted a chain on him. Like you say though, nice motor. I've seen it once before on the road from Sunbury.
