all of the 190+bhp cars i've done use the stock airbox with a stock filter, no one bothers cleaning the fancy ones and after time they end up knackered
i "think" from what i made out from the website you have to supply a sample of your welding and then send it off to be approved, then they will issue a certificate
yeah you can reuse them (you're not supposed to, but everyone does)
bolts are to be NIPPED, don't torque them, there's no need and you'll probably rip the thread out on the manifold if you try
^that guide is nearly there, don't waste your time unbolting the coil pack, just unplug the HT leads
leave the MAP sensor and air temp sensor in the plenum, just unclip the wires (easy to snap those sensors when pulling them out of their holes)
