lower alternator bolt, ive had them come loose a few times, get it sorted ASAP otherwise the aux belt "could" come off and jam the cambelt = bye bye engine
the cambelt tensioner is wrong (but that looks like it was before you fitted the cams) and the crank is in the wrong position
why didn't you lock the engine at TDC with the pin and horseshoe tool before taking it apart?
what are the cams specs?
its not the belt that fails, its the plastic upper idler in 99% of cases
the thing people forget is this
your car is a 2005 REGISTERED vehicle, but could've been built in 2003, so could infact have a 7year old cambelt on there
