I remember "running in" Steve's mk2 V6 at a Bedford track day, it had 32miles on the clock :D
torque settings are wrong and the CORRECT process isnt listed on autodata, it just says to stick in the crank pin and horse shoe and change the belt - wrong

my version is easier to understand, do a 100M sprint in a swimming pool, then do a 100M sprint on normal dry land, you have the same power, which is quickest?
