    the cups have 4 outlets off the MC the 2 rear lines run to the bias valve above the rear axle on the passenger side, check that isn't knackered first!

    stick to a 50 IMO, all our track clios run a 50 just for added saftey there's no perfomance benefit between a 40 or 50 i can put you in contact with the guy who looks after all of the engines for Renaultsport if you want

    mater clyinder comes out through the pedal box ie, from indise the car, not that hard

    tesco super is circa E5 bioethanol, don't get het up about RON rating, as i say the trade off you have is you use more fuel, so you are pissing in the wind slightly as the cost will work out the same

    ^this was going back about 3 years, 20L was 5 laps of the hungaroring, stung my eyes when that thing fired up! from memory we were doing 1min 25's Vs's F1 at 1min 19's but we were +50kg, not much aero and no TC, i miss that car!

    ^still have to map it to suit, plus (in simple terms) you have to use approx 30% more E85 than petrol to get the same power (its way more complicated than that, but i'll keep it simple)

    we ran E100 on a judd 4.0 V10, epic stuff, but the car used 4L per lap Vs F1 at 3.2L per lap LOL, we had to refuel LOTS!!

    182 ff very low fuel mpg.....

    i see more failed coolant temp sensors than i do thermostats, but if the thermostat is fucked it will probably knacker the sensor as a result - in simple terms change both if these break then the ecu thinks the engine is on cold start and dumps loads of fuel in = knackered MPG

    105nm ALWAYS torque them, "just do them up tight" is a stupid idea (sorry, but its a saftey issue!)

    full lock and measure the distance between the 2 lower shock bolts (centre to centre) 60mm = cup

    they're £50 for a pair of discs, hardly breaking the bank and don't get too hung up on Brembo discs, its a lump of cast iron at the end of the day! you should really use DS2500's (or any fancy pad) with fresh discs, but its not gospel but ask yourself this - as (i assume) a novice track...

    ah 1 - bumper bolts/undertray J - holds the loom onto the upper gearbox 3 legged bracket looking at that photo 2 - not from a renault E - is for holding the loom onto the inlet, just by fuel rail i think

    when i can be bothered i'll write it out A - 16mm nut, underside of the front lower box mount B - pad carrier to hub, 18mm C - Lower box mount to gearbox (16mm) D - driveshaft bolts x 3 (13mm) E - earth strap "i think" (16mm) F - slam pannel 13mm G - possible airbox, depends on length...
