fit a phs1 172 twin barrel CAT = done

on about the kit, has inlet and exhaust seal, dephaser cap/seal, dephaser bolt and exhaust nut

its all down to what you want, there is no right or wrong answer

you can only buy the seal as part of a kit from renault, cira £30 for it i once used a non genuine one and it leaked, lesson learnt by me

well its your money, whatever works works! Make sure the driveshafts don't fall out the box, we had that issue at 4deg, had to have custom shafts made what series you going into by the way? Dynacup is getting blue booked next year too, might have to come play with you and burpspeed, £50 wager...
