    the clip that joins to the fuel rail at 90degrees with 2 O rings? Its heat shrunk/moulded into the end of the hard plastic fuel line

    you won't get the rocker cover off without removing the cambelt and cam pulleys (yo need the renault tools also) £1 says your upper cambelt idler has collapsed

    easy peasy, it helps to jack the engine up and remove the upper engine mount, would take me about 10-15min, joe average 3 days :rasp:

    not that easy, milage and age on the engine isn't an issure, just change the belt kits and clutch and sling it in, phs1 172 engine are the quickest IMO

    just replace the line, i'll check on price, there's a join by the drivers side chassis leg, so you don't have to replace the entire thing
