CORRECT i run 23 front 26 rear (COLD) this usually bring me upto around 30psi HOT

change them for new ones, your pissing in the wind by cleaning them

sod the the nitrogen, i doubt they've been purge filled so you've wasted your time anyway road 28psi all round track 26rear 23 front (targeting 30psi hot all round) but to be honest there is no set answer, its whatever suits you

well the 2 x 52 plate cups i've owned have both had RS inlets LOL, bloody french!

well i was under the impression ALL 172 cups had the RS inlet, and most of them do, but the odd few don't, again same with 182's most do, some don't its all a bit random, but we'll blame the frenchies for that!
